Dodgeball Belgium — Chair

Running a national sports federation is a different kind of systems problem. I lead day-to-day operations, manage a volunteer organisation, coordinate with the European Dodgeball Federation, and represent Belgian teams internationally — including hosting the WEC 2025 tournament in Belgium.
